I booked my ticket from Varafi.com on 01st of feb23 from Delhi to pune (3 passengers) and my travel date was 17th feb23. But to my surprise got a mail from varafi on 14th feb that this booking has been aborted and amount will be refunded within 5 days.
Due to this issue, i could not travel as ticket prices rose and i had to cancel my return ticket too in which i got a loss of 11000Rs.
And this amount also not refunded by Varafi.
This is a fraud website as when i spoke to airlines, they said there is no booking by your name/ number and PNR mentioned by varafi on my ticket is also fake.
