Hello,
My booking id is VID4424632559.
Booking was in the name of Pinaki Mukherjee. Booking was from Delhi to Mumbai in Spice Jet of 7th Feb-2023.
The ticket was aborted by VARAFI.COM system. Their Executive told that they shall refund the amount within 3 – 5 days.
Today is 6th March. Didn’t receive the refund yet. Every time we call Customer support, they tell us that payment was refunded/initiated the same day but we are yet to receive it. They are also reluctant to give the Transaction details.
Clearly indicated that Varafi.com is adhering to fraudulent practices and the Strictest action should be taken to such agents.
