I have booked a ticket for one passenger from Bangalore to Ranchi for 8 February 2023.The ticket was booked on 30 January 2023 ( and it cost Rs 3773 in total but i got an email after 15 minutes saying that the booking is aborted and the payment will be reverse back in the same mode .But its almost 2 months despite having many call and email follow up refund is not initiated. so could you please help by looking into this matter & getting the Refund. Also every time they delay it.
