I ordered a product at vamik online shopping site on feb 4 2023.it is a storage box 6×6 as shown in the site and i have received my product on 8 feb 2023 but the product was completely different from the product shown to me in the website Vamik.in. it showed various payment mode but i have choosen cash on delivery option and they only inform us about our product via text only but no emails was sent regarding that.. I am highly disappointed and i want a refund but there is no sign of my order on that website.. I will be highly thankful if my complaint regarding this is taken into consideration.. Please help me. Thank you
