I recharged my phone number with 20 rupees for sms but vi automatically deducted 10 rupees from my balance without my consent.
The message I wanted to send was very important but I can’t message due to the low balance. When I checked the history of transactions I found my 10 rupees were deducted for ‘Telsync Games’.
