I don’t want to give even a star because they don’t deserve it and all the reviews here are paid promotion. They’re a bunch of cheaters who will take away your money and will never respond. I urge all of the people to come together a file a refund against this fake company which was previously Karma resort and hospitality. I just visited their Valorah office, Ahmedabad where they committed to respond but next day no response either from email or number.

I faced same issue. I planned holiday according to their rules, and their sales executive told me that he would manage. Now sales executive resigned and their reservation team is saying they don’t have property suitable for me. So i can contact them from next holiday. Or i need to reschedule my holiday.
