Paid or 5 year membership Rs. 69000 till date no booking confirmed. Called toll-free number 1860-258-5584 between 10 AM – 4 PM Monday to Friday, we are closed on saturdays, Sundays and public holidays no response. No reply to emails too. Want a refund of our money and file police complaint
We got a call from Mr Goswami of Valorah from telephone number 8097900861 on 27th April 2023 to reconfirm our booking for Diu check in 28th May check out 31st May 2023. Despite a series of calls between us and Mr Goswami from 27th April to 27th May 2023 promising us that we would get the hotel vouchers for either Diu or Sasan Gir by 23d and then 27th May we did not receive any communication from him or Valorah. He even mentioned that the G20 summit was happening in Diu and hence could not confirm our booking till 27th May 2023. Finally he stopped taking our calls or responding to even whatsapp msgs. (attached) PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND OUR MONEY ELSE WE HAVE NO ALTERNATE BUT TO FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FRAUDSTER. Besides us so many other innocent people are being targetted
