This VALMO courier guy delivered a product was not in my name nor in my address and then abusing and showing arrogance when asked about my product. I dont know his name but his number is +916238542681. So if this guy is your number please cross check your product and then only give your OTP. I’m denied refund since the OTP was given. He lied that he had dropped the product at my workplace PRO office and requested my OTP while i was at work. Since this is how all my deliveries are made i gave him the OTP. He never mentioned about delivering the wrong product. When i called back again later that evening to ask where my product was, he tells me he had changed the name in one of products to match my name since he dint know where my product was. The guy is extremely rude with zero understanding of his job.
