I have recharged my airtel prepaid simĀ on 5 May 2020 for extending validity which was going to end on 11 May 2020. But it just started today itself on 5 May 2029 instead of 11 May 2020. It should hav started after the end of current validity period.
Kindly check and start new validity recharge only after the end of current validity period.
