I have reacharged my mobile worth Rs.998 on 21 September 2019. It’s validity was 1 year. But I received a message from Airtel that my Airtel prepaid plan of Rs.998 will expire on 21 Aug 2020. After Inquiry, it was found that O/G validity is 21 August 2020 and I/G validity is 20 September 2020.
Airtel is cheating customer by reducing validity days only mentioning O/G and I/G words.
