When I was assigned Prepaid Airtel mobile No.9933005147, I was told that my number has lifelong validity, When I recharge my phone, I do so for unlimited talktime. Even when I have substantial money balance in my Airtel account, I am threatened that my talk validity will be over and I have to recharge for extension of validity.
What then is the meaning of unlimited pack when you can’t exceed neither monetary not time cealing?
