I top-up my prepaid mobile 9382 113 554 for Rs.80/- on 10Sep2018 under ref 101809020348906, for unlimited VALIDITY. I am now getting notification that this is valid till 31Oct2018. Why? I ask for unlimited validity on 10Sep2018, now you are saying validity expire. Why?
