I am using idea sim card for very long time (about 7-8 years).since then there was unlimited validity for incoming and outgoing calls but on today (17 dec 2018) I got a msg that if i dont recharge my card with an ammount of Rs35 or more,outgoing call service of my card will stop and after 15 days incoming call service will also stop. This is like threatening msg. They are forcing us to recharge every month to only increase validity of sim card. Earlier it was not like that. I m a customer of idea about 8 years. My this (idea) number is linked to all the required things like aadhar card, voter id card, in banks.. now if they force me to recharge evry month. I left with no option then porting my simcard.. however it will be complex but i will have to do that. Please take legal action towards this.
