My prepaid mobile number is 9840265863 and I have balance more than Rs 1400. Since the last few days whenever I check my balance by dialing 123,I find” Bal Rs….O/G Val: 5 Nov 2018 I/C Val:20 Nov 2018″. I do not understand what does it mean. Earlier the validity was up to 2030.. but suddenly it has been brought down to Nov 2018 in spite of having sufficient balance and using the number regularly.Also I learnt other Airtel customers did not receive such message.

same here. I am using Vodafone no. and I saw a msg that outgoing validity is till 20th nov.2018 only today morning. Don’t know why?. WTH mobile operator are doing. Earlier it was showing till 2033.
