I recharged my sim for 3 months pack as usual but last year in month of October i recharged for 1 year plan but my last recharged validity was also pending for round about 60 days so as per recharge after 1year plan my validity should be around january but after recharge they cut off my existing validity and start 1 year plan from same day. I am following up with them from last 1 year but they are only asking the time to resolve my problem and extend my validity to january 2021 but they are asking for time to resolve from last 6 months but didn’t resolving my issue.
