Never expected company like TATA cheat people with respect to DTH recharge and validity . in the month of september 18 on paytm there was an option to recharge for annual package for 2400 which we had recharged and unfortunately it didnt work so contacted customer support and got activated and confirmed by executive that subscribtion is for 1 year .Now we are in feb 2019 connection message says deactivated . when contacted CC they raised a complaint with the backend team , we received call from them and surprise to hear that no logs available with them as a proof we spoke to their colleagues on the activation . this is really pathetic . my consumer id is -1263848002. let me know if this issue can be solved or will have to go to through out this connection out and raise a complaint at consumer court.
