Text of Complaint by Namrata Prasad:

My Airtel number is 9557563281 of UP West region. I was not recieving any incoming calls and also was not able to make any outgoing calls.
I recharged on 11 Dec 2018 with an unlimited validity pack but yet it was not reflecting.
Later I informed Airtel about it via mail and my balance was deducted with a new VAS providing me one month validity which I didn’t intend for.
When I contacted customer care they told me that the validity reflecting in the app is something else and doesn’t give me validity to make calls.
The app is misleading customers and the help provided was unsatisfactory. The app clearly stated validity unlimited whereas actually it only lasted for a day.
It’s forcing the customer to recharge unnecessarily and even after the recharge the service was not provided and i was forced to further recharge with a higher amount of recharge. This is clearly looting the customer.
