I had recharged my Jio fiber on the 13th of August and the services were not working. It started working on the 5th of September for which I made so many complaints with Jio. I was without services for 3 weeks and jio has only given a validity extension for 1 week. It’s 2 months now they are not helping me and ignoring my concern.
