I purchased an Airtel Sim card in July 2019 by paying Rs 500 from your authorised agent in Zirapur, Rajgarh district of MP with the PIN code 465691. After 15 months use it stopped becoming useful to me. I am a teacher who depends upon internet for conducting online classes as normal schooling is impossible in the time of Covid 19.
I would like to know how my sim card suddenly stopped working. When I enquired the agent mockingly told that it got damaged. I wonder how a sim card kept in the slot of Airtel 4G netsetter gets damaged. And I wonder how a sim card for which I spent an exorbitant amount of Rs 500 can not work more than one year. Sir, kindly solve my problem
