- Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased a new sim 7300538025 with life time validity earlier 2 year approx.but last week I have received a msg regarding recharge your number immediately or outgoing call barred after 31 Oct 18 and incoming calles after 15 Nov 18 and I have minimum required balance for particular number….Regarding this I have Tried to launch a complain against it and call 121…And go for level and all are listen me but there is no complaints booked and call droped…..I have also told that if u can not give solution to me or crores of customers I Will choose another way to find solution…..But I want solution.I called 121 on 1836 Hrs and having all the records….But customer services are very very bad….And they are not listen customers, they forcefully want to apply your views on us.
I m fully prepared to fight against this new way to curruption….And your customers service employees.
I am waiting for your replies or complaint number or solution against it.
