It has now been over 10 months and I have not received my item (saree) or a refund. Each day Miss Khatri reassures and promises me that she will send my item. Each day Miss Khatri comes up with a different reason and excuse for the delay, she says she is ill, she says she is on holiday, she says her family member has covid etc. I have proactively chased Miss Chaitali Khatri via what’s app and email to request her to send me my item. I have been patient for my item for the last 10months, till date no item received.
However, having done some online research (a little too late in my situation), other customers have also made claims that Miss Khatri has done the same to them. Miss Khatri is taking orders via Instagram and Facebook and not delivered on the service of sending the item to her customers. She has stolen from customers; she is running a scam which needs to be investigated.

I do not want other customers to be a victim of loss of money and this scam which is being carried out by Miss Khatri.
