Eureka Forbes : No 1 fraud company.
Refund complaint reference number 0119184941. I am following up on this complaint since last 6 months. The vacuum cleaner was taken back, but Eureka is hesitant to refund. I see from the internal email threads that the refund is approved, but no payment to me is made yet. I escalated it to the CEO and his escalation team. Till date, 10 senior people in the escalation team have replied that the refund will be processed by the concerned team. But that concerned team (I know it does not exist), has no concern for any customer. Such a lousy company.
