I afrin nayeem ( 9441122802) purchased vaccum cleaner vide order no.EZ163667 through EEZEESHOP for Rs.999/- and date of delivery is 31.05.2023. After receiving product, too many scraches are found and not working properly. I purchased it with instagram of your product with good belief. previously i mailed to you on 31.05.2023 and request number is 8476 and reply received from your team that, your request will be reviewed by our staff. but still i got no respons from your side yet. kindly request you to rtake the product return and refund my amount.
