We purchased the De Feliz Vacation membership in December 2025 for Rs. 50,000. Since then, we have been messaging and emailing them to book our vacation for few days. However, No one replies or give answers to our call. Also they are now demanding that we pay the AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) for our first booking.
When we purchased the package, they had clearly committed that no additional payment would be required for bookings within the first year. Now, they are asking us to pay more money, which contradicts their initial commitment.
And Sales person Kusum (manager), Swara Mishra (consultant) are not responding to my emails or calls and any other correspondences. It is a fraud and we fell prey to it. So please help me refund my full amount.
This is pure fraud/ scam, and I would like to request a full refund of the amount paid. due to such people Goa tourism has decreased a lot. Even i also will not visit Goa now onwards. Pls help me refund my amount.
