The UHBVN has consistently failed to provide even passable as decent services in the area, especially during this extreme heat wave. There are power cuts throughout the day as well as the night without intimation, and extremely low voltage is supplied. The staff at UHBVN is extremely lousy, phones are not answered, required information is not provided on call, registered complaints are not looked into. The concerned lineman of the area is way too laid back for the job, and fails to update and does not even listen to issues or answer his phone whenever approached. Complaint was filed on Twitter handle on a much more public scale as well, still no updates till date.
