I tried booking a ticket through UTS app on 12/01/2024 at 1:48 p.m. The fare was 235, I used Google pay, the amount was debited but my ticket was not booked. It has been 4days and they haven’t refunded the amount yet. Kindly consider my complaint and do the needful
