Good day Sir/Ma,
I did a USSD airtime top-up from my Access Bank (Diamond) account at about 10:28 am today May, 2020 on my Airtel line 07080107389 (Transaction ID: R200520.1028.210251).
The SMS response was: Your request to recharge 2000 NGN cannot be processed at this time. But my bank account was debited.
I will be glad if this issue is promptly resolved. Thank you.
