WHEN I AM ADDING MONEY IN MY AIRTEL THANKS WALLET. THE MONEY CAN’T BE LOADED AND A MESSAGE CAME TO MY MOBILE PHONE REGARDING UPDATE MY KYC. WHEN I CLICK ON THE LINK IT OPENS AIRTEL THANKS APP AND SHOWS”YOU ARE ALL SET. YOUR WALLET IS ALREADY UPADATED WITH NEW BENIFITS.” AND AGAIN I AM ADDING MONEY TO MY WALLET THEN IT IS ALSO THE SAME PROBLEM.
