We have a Data Card connection bearing the Account # 9972787137.
We have kept the payment on hold as the Airtel connection does not work at all.
Recently one of your service executive had visited the house and confirmed that the Network service is not Good in the Arean we were living in.
We have asked several times to resolve the issue for which we were forced to stop making the payment.
However the Bangalore local Gundas so called your collection agents called me and when i am trying to explain the issue started using Filthy Language and Foul Language, and abusing Language.
I only asked him to talk to my Husband but the agent was very rude and harassing without understanding the issue.
The number we got the call from is mentioned- 080-46111500.
However the call i have received where vulgar language was used to me is been recorded and the same i am filing a Police complaint directly in the Commissioner office .
Is this the Code of Conduct you guys train the so called collection agents who are more Gundas .
This is a big mistake you guys are encouraging and the same i am taking up very seriously and filing in the consumer court also.
I am not interest in deleaning with any of your calls henceforth. I am Giving my Husband Number 9513511973 for your future conversations.
But this kind of filthy behaviour is not accepted by Law.
I am Writting and confirm to disconnect my Data Card account 9972787137 with immediate effect and not making the payment and taking up this with Police and Consumer court.

And i will be disconnecting all the Airtel services with immediate effect.
