last more then 5 days i m facing a problem. one day suddenly all outgoing and incoming call stopped on my network but that time internet was working correctly. we though may be it is because of recharge so i recharged my phone through online portal but still i was facing same problem, when i talked to customer care executive they told me that my documents are not complete that’s why this happened. Next day i went to airtel store where tell me that we don’t know why this stop working this is because of non use but we are using this no. regularly and doing recharge on time. then they told us come after 3 days. after 3 days we went they do something and the outgoing call has been startled but the same issue facing while incoming calls. when someone call me the IVR said this no. is temporally out of service, and now no response from the airtel store executive side. we still want this no. and want to stay connected with airtel company .
