Hi,
I did payment for Tamilnadu Electricity Board bill via Airtel Payments Bank, Money is debited from my card and I received notification like ” We will inform you of the payment status shortly” Txn ID:2109419541577 and 210404432808 , It’s been couple of weeks completed but I didn’t receive any updates from Airtel or TNEB, Still my payment is pending status and as per airtel norms, I didn’t get any refund also if the transaction fails. Take necessary action as early as possible.
