USHA 35-ltr otg I bought on 27july 2022, the product come to in my house on 31/07/2022. I found that the product was too light in weight comparison to market. I filed a complaint of return but the company said to me that the product is not returned it replaced only. I request him many times please return my product but he said no. But now the position is the option of replacement is vanish then I inactived my id. Now I am trying to active my account it is not processed. My order no is OD125566410253187000 and invoice no FAIARC2300007985. Now I wat refund my money. Help me.
