Text of Complaint by Manjeet:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I created ID on Win Money app platform on 10 Sep 2022 and added money to that. On 11 Sep 2022, my user ID was got hacked by someone and performed various activities including withdrawal. On calling to Win Money customer care executive via his personal mobile No, some of my money was refunded. Instantly, i tried to withdraw my money, they blocked my ID. For some days, ‘Password Error’ was being shown whenever I trying to login even after choosing the option of ‘Forgot Password’. After some days, the error is being shown that ‘This number is not registered’. Maybe they deleted my account. I am facing a lot of issues going this and I have no way to withdraw my money. Please solve my problem.
