Today (27th February 2019), I had made a recharge for 49 from my jio smartphone to 9495083183 make  validity extended, the recharge was transferred to my account 7012873959, it is a worst case scenario by a reputable cellular carrier company.?

So as to resolve this I called the customer care from 7012873959, where the smartest person suggest ee to use the sim in a jio phone to use this plan, which is a stupid idea for a customer like me to buy products by your ideas to move your product.

I want the authority ee to take necessary moves either to transfer the money to my bank or jio account of 7012873959 as the plan 49 is not udane in my plan or account.
