I purchased a Nokia 110 through Amazon.in the seller name was shyamji Mobile.
I receive the product on 10th May. When I check the package the colour was different I ordered black but the send blue. Also the pack was open and too much scratch was shown on the box.
It was my last days to go abrod, then I was too busy with my preparation. I checked the mobile by putting my BSNL & VI SIM unfortunately there is no network appeared in the mobile.
One of my friend said sometime it will take 24 Hrs with full charge to be ready bcz of the new device then I wait almost 2 days still no changes !!
Then, next day I came Saudi Arabia I tried from here. No use , still there is no network
One my friend said to contact amazon to explain and solve the issue.
Then I contact their customer support team but they refused to help. I ask to extend the replacent or return period but the denied even they protected the fake seller by hide their name and other details
The product was wrong and used
