Ordered 2 Joggers from Vixel on 24th November 2023 through Facebook sponsored by Vixel. And received wrong item ( used, one small dirty jeans of children and one big size pants) through Amazon Shipping. Tried to contact Vixel but there phone number(+911409898787) is not in service. Mail sent to them but no reply till now. Also visit Amazon Shipping office of Jorhat and they don’t take any responsibility.
