Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased a broadband connection from Spider Link in this month by paying bigger amount of rs. 8000/- which is too much highest from other service provider. After given the payment Spider Link team has established a Used Second Hand Modem and Router instead of new. Also they have not fixed the wire properly they just and hang it on temporary basis. Now i trying to connect with those people but they are not even responding on calls. They also didn’t provide bill for that.
This service has done by Karni Cables Pvt. Ltd. Jaipur who are the vendor/partners of spiderlink services.
I paid the amount through google pay amount rs. 8000/- attached is the receipt of payment. The Guy Mr. Pankaj Sharma From Karni Cable has fixed the connection and taken payment but now he is not responding the calls.
