I have placed an order for soy lecithin powder in flipkart on 17 july and I received the product on 23rd July.it was non returnable product .but I got damaged product which was already opened by someone else and 1/4th used. Actually it was not a fresh bottle and the powder was clumsy . I need replacement or refund of the product.product id is FMPC2902772186 and order id is OD328641822910734100.Expecting your quick response.
