On 16th jan I ordered a harddisk and on 19th jan I rcvd at around 3pm . At 3:10 I raised a return request as the product was Used . I can clearly see the dust on the product and internal wrapping was completely damaged along with seal . I raised a request 6times but all of them were rejected . Even the senior supervisor assured me that my issue will be resolved by 27th jan . To my surprise on 26th jan they have blocked my account and now I won’t be able to contact customer care or ask for replacement/Refund . Completely goon behaviour and supporting sellers who sends used/fake products
