Dear sir,
Regarding used product delivered by your ( fulfilled AMAZON Dealer)
After raised two complaints with your customer care today (05/12/24)
Bill details :
Order number:40448614965161158 order date :31 10 23.
I have purchased blaupunkt swb600 5.1 -today I opened for installation the product is used product.(distemper in hook holder) and most important thing is the electric cable is damaged the copper are visible (I have two kids )
Already I raised complaint with your customer care but they told there no possible for return.
I am not able to check the product as per your timeline due to iam in official travel.
As per your executive replies that the system not accepted for process.
System is not buying anything in Amazon humans are buying and giving reference to Amazon.
The product worth is Rs.19900/- how i used the damaged product which is delivered by you sir.
One more thing the delivery person not opening the box for checking the product at the time of delivery.
Kindly consider as exepction and help me for resolve the issue .
