Dear Sir/ Mam
I have ordered for new Samsung S9 Plus Phone, but Flipkart has delivered me a used phone. so I raised a complaint for replacement. On website they are showing engineer will come for checking. Engineer has came & said that You received a used mobile. But he was not mention on his report card. So I raised the return again. But again they cancel my return.
I called customer care 3 times , they are saying we can’t help you bcoz after 10 day they do not replace or refund. and saying sorry not doing anything. Worst experience with the Flipkart . This is the first time I ordered in Flipkart and last time as well. Thanks to Flipkart team for their very very efficient work.
