I have purchased a new brand mobile Redmi Note 11 PRO Plus 5G (Mirage Blue, 256 GB from Flipkart.com. When I switch on the phone then I saw there are pre saved phone number in my brand new phone it means I got used mobile phone and for the same I complaint to Flipkart contomer care and they ready to refund and it was initi- ated by Flipkart. But later on delivery boy denied to pick up my re- turn product which was on 08/02/2023. I compliant to Flipkart again about delivery boy denied to pick up my return product but Flipkart did not take any action against logistic team and finally they can- celled my return request by updating customer wants to keep the product which is false. Looking resolution over here, I request to Flip- kart please resolve this issue.
