Sir on dated 07.06.2021 we have order of jiofi 4G Hotstop and payment of Rs.1670 has been made by credit cards. Totday I got the the delivery on above order placed vide invoice No 71107700294791 when we open the parcel the wifi has already use material it was not working even it does not switch on . I want to replace it but nobody is cooperate with me
