I have order hoverboard on Date 09.03.2022 vide order ID OD224369009164364000.
I have received the same on Dated 13.03.2022
But on opening the product packing it was found that product was used one and also damage in front of your delivery boy.So I apply for return replacement on the same day ie 13.03.2022 as per and per order status it was suppose to be delivered on Dated on 20.03.2022.
Hence I have waited till 20.03.2022 but as per I order book it is showing that my order is delivered,but I have not received my order nor any refund message nor any person to pick up defective piece.
Hence it is request that refund my amount or replace the defective item.
