I ordered Asics Gel Glyde shoes on 15th Jan and received used shoes of a different brand on 17th. I immediately called Amazon customer care and complained about the same. The customer care executive took the call and initiated the return for 20th Jan.
And on 20th Jan the delivery boy picked the box. After that there is no update from Amazon on this, i could only see an update on the amazon portal that return has been picked on 20th. I called Amazon customer care again on 1st OR 2nd of Feb to check on the return. Unfortunately, they don’t have any update on the return and said they are going to start the investigation. Today(06.02.2023) I called amazon again and the update is they delivered the correct product and no refund OR return can be initiated. Please look into this.
