I placed an order online for trackpants with buy 1 get 1 offer order and a used pant was received. Since the order was COD, I made payment of rs 1199. The order details are –
Ekart Update: Shape SweatWear (BUY 1 GET … with tracking ID NMBC0024576253 from NMB, will be delivered today before 9pm (call 02241483792, PIN 164).
The item doesn’t match my description and I’m not able track the order online for refund/ replacement
