I ordered a 5 seater L shape sofa from flipkart on 27/10/2021 and they delivered me the same on 8/11/2021.
They delivered me the used product with stains and product is of very poor quality,cloth piece which they used is teared from the bottom of the sofa.
I requested them many times to replace the sofa with in the replacement policy period but each and everytime they cancelled my request without any information or visit.
Then I request them for refund many times, because no one is willing to help me but still they are doing nothing with my complaint.
So,kindly do something against this kind of service given by flipkart and help me.
