This is related to this order from amazon: ORDER # 406-3951240-4797123
used product sent by Amazon, lot of scratches and dust on all around the seal packed phone, is not acceptable,
The pathetic thing is that amazon is not allowing to get “return or replace” for this order.
More than 6 times i called amazon customer care regarding this but they were simply denying and saying it will take more than 4to 6 days to get a new replacement. I have sent them all the pics but amazon customer care not responding properly and telling a lie related to this.
As a customer , we can cancel/return/replace for the order but amazon not allowing to do so.
Even though they are not looking properly to give a solution.
At last i decided to go by this way.
