I have bought a usb blender of pigeon on 19 nov 2021. During initial two months it worked well but later it started to create problems and now it has nearly stopped working. I have mailed to pigeon regarding the issue and asked to resolve but they didn’t respond to my mail. I have informed the same to Amazon and they too don’t help me with this issue. The product is under warranty for one year then how come they are not repairing the product or give me a new one. Amazon informed that I have to obtain a rejection letter from local vendor of pigeon . However there is no local vendor of pigeon in my area and the address shown in the internet as pigeon service center is some other shop. So kindly resolve the matter.
