Airtel has now come up with a new idea to cheat people. I have an active plan and extra talk talk time balance. But Airtel is not allowing me to send sms. When I talked to customer care they have asked me to recharge with minimum of rs 129 to get SMS service. When I have extra talk time on my phone in main balance, why cannot I utilize it to send sms.
